When the shadow of evil falls across the land, the world's greatest champions strike for justice:  Spider-Man!  The X-Men!  Thor!  Iron Man!  The Thunderbolts!  The Fantastic Four!  Captain Marvel!  Hulk!  The Avengers!  Captain America!  Black Panther!  The Defenders!

For over 60 years fans of all ages have been shouting:
Make Mine Marvel!

Most people associate action figures with kids.  Okay, when I was a kid they were aimed at children, but that was over 20 years ago now.  Many people have discovered that because they were a child's play-thing and thus easily broken or discarded once bored with, they have become valuable and thus become a target for collectors.  So here I am, fast approaching my thirtieth birthday and avidly collecting toys that are suitable for both children and collectors.

'How can they appeal to both?' I hear you asking.  Quite simply most of the figures in the 'Marvel Legends' line have over 25 points of articulation (some exceeding 30!) thus giving them great playability.  So, that's the kids sorted.  However, by releasing variants (slightly altered versions of existing figures in the range) and shipping them in limited quantities, they become collector MUST HAVE figures.  Each series, so far, have a number of variants but you can find out more about these in the Review Section
